Summary: A oneshot songfic with the beautiful song, Our Song, by Taylor Swift. Total Choey

	Our Song

_I was ridin' shotgun with my hair undone in the frontseat of his car, _

_He's got one hand-feel on the steering wheel,_

_The other on my, heart_

_I look around turn the radio down_

_He says "Baby is somethin' wrong?"_

_And I said "Nothing, I was just thinkin' how we don't have a song,"_

_And he said,_

"What do you mean, Zoey?" he asked.

"We don't have our own song," Zoey replied. "Like Michael and Lola have their song... which happens to be Highway Blues,"

"We don't need a song, Zoe," Chase said putting his hand on her thigh. "Our song is our life together,"

_Our song is the slam of screen doors,_

_Sneakin' out late, tappin' on your window_

_When we're on the phone and you talk real slow_

_Cuz it's late and your Mamma don't know,_

_Our song is the way you laugh,_

_First date, man, I didn't kiss her and I should have_

_And when I got home, 'fore I said 'Amen'_

_Askin' G-d if he, could play it again_

"Remember the time where we were fighting and I slammed the screen door?" Zoey asked.

"Ah, yes I do, Ms. Brooks. With that mightly slam it fell off his hinges,"

"Remember the time you started throwing rocks at my window and Lola and Quinn came to the window and threatened to throw you in the lake?"

"How could I forget?"

"And the time you kept hanging up and calling me back cause you didn't want your mom to come in and find you with your cell?"

"Yep. And on the first date I didn't kiss you and then I got home and regret it,"

_I was walking up the front porch steps after everything that day,_

_Had gone all wrong, had been trampled on _

_And lost and thrown away,_

_Got to the hallway, well on my way, to my lovin' bed_

_I almost didn't notice, all the roses and the note that,_

_Said,_

"That was the worst day of my life," Zoey recalled.

"Except for the flowers?"

"Except for the flowers,"

_Our song is the slam of screen doors,_

_Sneakin' out late, tappin' on your window_

_When we're on the phone and you talk real slow_

_Cuz it's late and your Mamma don't know,_

_Our song is the way you laugh,_

_First date, man, I didn't kiss her and I should have_

_And when I got home, 'fore I said 'Amen'_

_Askin' G-d if he, could play it again_

_I've heard every album, listenin' to the radio,_

_Waitin' for somethin' to come along,_

_That's as good as our song,_

_Cause our song is the slam of screen doors,_

_Sneakin' out late, tappin' on his window_

_When we're on the phone and he talk real slow_

_Cuz it's late and his Mamma don't know,_

_Our song is the way he laugh,_

_First date, man, I didn't kiss him and I should have_

_And when I got home, 'fore I said 'Amen'_

_Askin' G-d if he, could play it again_

_I was ridin' shotgun with my hair undone in the front seat of his car,_

_I grabbed a pen and a note napkin _

_And I wrote down our song_

Chase gently kissed Zoey goodnight before heading back to his own dorm to ask G-d to play it again.
